- SYMPTOMS may include coughing and repeated attempts to clear the throat.
- CAUSES are usually from mucus secretion, by nasal glands, being drawn back
- into the throat. This is usually a habit. The secretion should be allowed
- to drain through the nose. It may also be from an allergy, infection of the
- sinus and dust or other nose irritation.
- TREATMENT. Sleep in humidified room or use of a vaporizer.

- .Avoid drawing the secretions into the throat.
